Judy Chang Cody is a highly accomplished business accelerator who delivers transformational change for private, public and non-profit organizations. She has a proven history of designing and executing high impact strategic solutions and compelling brand narratives that result in market expansion, customer acquisition and competitive advantage.

Judy serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Medical Optometry America and MOA Open Access, driving the growth and marketing strategy for both companies. Her experience in eye care extends back to 2006, when she first served as a strategy consultant to Lifeguard Health, the precursor to PRN Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals. It was during her time at PRN in 2018 when she helped formulate the initial strategies for MOA.

Prior to MOA, Judy had extensive experiences in consumer brand management at The Pepsi-Cola Company, Quaker Oats, and Johnson & Johnson. At Quaker Oats she drove global, cross channel and market entry strategies for the multi-billion-dollar Gatorade brand. At Johnson & Johnson she was responsible for the profit and loss as well as brand repositioning of the $200M flagship Stayfree feminine pads. As an independent marketing strategy consultant for over 25 years, Judy delivered strategic guidance to her own clients around market positioning, business transformation, product launches and brand development for dozens of B2B and B2C clients.

Judy holds an MBA with distinction from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, with concentrations in Management and Strategy, Organization Behavior, and Marketing and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with concentration in Marketing.
