Wolfgang Tolle is a serial Entrepreneur and multiple CEO, Executive and Board member in Healthcare (Medical Devices, Ophthalmology, Optometry), IT and global business, ranging from multinationals to medium-sized and small. He was CEO of both publicly-traded as well as private companies, has built companies from the ground up as well as managed large multinationals, helped raise venture and private capital in the triple digit millions, and led and supported multiple successful exits.

Mr. Tolle’s more recent major activities include being Board Member of Associates in Eyecare (acquired by a large multi-practice entity), as CEO and Executive Chairman of venture-funded Samsara Vision, as CEO of WaveLight AG (acquired by Alcon), as General Manager for Alcon Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg (Benelux), where he also led the integration of Alcon Benelux into Novartis AG (which had acquired Alcon). Mr. Tolle has held numerous Board positions, including (AiE (Associates in Eyecare), Vison Care, Inc. (now Samsara Vision, Inc.), VisionCare Ophthalmic Technologies, Inc., VisionCare, Ltd. (Israel), Alcon B.V. (Belgium), WaveLight AG and WaveLight GmbH (Germany), WaveLight, Inc., Nathan Associates, Inc., Golfoholics, Inc., the German Executive Roundtable, LaunchDreams LLC, and several others.

Mr. Tolle is the author of five published books, has travelled to close to 100 countries and has moved multiple times globally as part of his executive assignments. Mr. Tolle is also the President of LaunchDreams LLC, a company focused on helping companies grow.
