Meet Dr. Marie
Dr. Marie Homa-Palladino, O.D., FIAOMC, IACMM, serves as the Medical Director and Chief of the Myopia Management Center of Excellence, as well as one of the Founding Partners of MOA Medical Eye Care Partners. With over 30 years of experience in medical eye care, including more than 15 years specializing in myopia management, she is now exclusively focused on the treatment of myopia.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Homa-Palladino is committed to advancing the field of myopia management. She is honored to serve on the Executive Committee and as the Board of Directors Secretary for the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control. A passionate advocate for myopia management, she frequently delivers lectures at both local and national events. Dr. Homa-Palladino has been selected by the AOA and CooperVision Myopia Collective as one of 60 U.S. doctors to serve as an inaugural change agent. In this role, she is playing a pivotal part in leading efforts to redefine the standard of care for children with myopia in the United States.
A Past President of the Chester-Delaware County Optometric Society, Dr. Homa-Palladino remains an active member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. As a proud alumna of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, she continues to be a key figure in shaping the future of optometry and myopia care.
Dr. Homa-Palladino’s Experience
Dr. Homa-Palladino has been working in Myopia Management for over a decade and has dedicated her practice exclusively to this specialty. Besides her fellowship in the IAOMC, she has also earned the International Academy Certification in Myopia Management, an advanced accreditation offered by the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control. She is a recognized leader in the field of myopia management and a frequent presenter and instructor on the topic at national conferences. Dr. Homa-Palladio is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Get to Know Dr. Homa- Palladino
In addition to serving patients in the Chester-Delaware County area for over two decades, Dr. Homa-Palladino is active in her community and is a member of the local LIONS Club International chapter. Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Dr. Homa-Palladino is a big Philly sports fan. She loves traveling internationally with her husband and takings girls trips to Disney with her daughters. Her favorite daily activity is going for long walks with her golden retriever, Sunny.
